How we use it

Information is used to recommend appropriate credit products, submit applications to lenders, comply with our regulatory obligations under the National Consumer Credit Protection Act, and keep you informed about products that may benefit you.

Storage and disclosure

Personal information is stored in our secure cloud-based CRM. We may share information with our credit licensee (LMG Broker Services Pty Ltd, ACL 517192), the lender(s) assessing your application, and contractors that support our business. From time to time, processing may take place in the Philippines, India, or Nepal under written confidentiality agreements.

Your rights

You may request access to or correction of personal information held about you, and you may opt out of direct marketing at any time by contacting us.
